I learned that hydrosol is a byproduct of essential oils, it is the fluid (water) that flows through the plant cells during oil distillation. It contains all the benefits of the plant but in a gentler version. There are many uses for hydorsols and among those are as air fresheners, facial toners and some are suitable to drink.
The Arar Hydrosol has a fresh and sweet aroma. It is traditionally known for it's insect repellent and anti-bacterial properties. This hydrosol can be used as a face and body mist, linen and room spray.
You can also add 2-3 tablespoons to a glass of water or tea.
