Mouth watering pulled beef sliders are perfect for any night.

INGREDIENTS
· 3 pounds Top Side Beef roast
· 1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
· 1 8 ounce can Pure Eats’s BBQ sauce
· 6 cloves garlic, minced
· 2 tablespoons date syrup
· 2 tablespoon vinegar
· 2 tablespoon coarse Dijon’ or Brown spicy mustard
· 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
· 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
· 1 teaspoon ground chili powder
· 1 teaspoon cumin
· 6 - 8 hamburger buns
Mayonnaise (optional)
Pickle slices (optional)
STEPS:
1. In a 4- to 5-qt. Crockpot or slow cooker place roast and onion.
2. In a medium bowl combine the next eight ingredients
3. Pour over meat and onion in cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low 10 to 11 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
5. Remove meat from cooker.
6. Reserve all the liquid.
7. Shred the meat with 2 forks.
8. Add the reserved liquid to moisten and cover.
9. Server on a hamburger bun. Add you own condiments: pickles, coleslaw
or jalapenos to add more flavor.
